Cooperation With The Professional Community
Through professionals, alcoholics may be reached who might otherwise never find the program of Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.), or they may be reached sooner with the help of informed non-A.A.s. Our hope is to increase knowledge and understanding of the program. Professionals of all types may then share information that offers hope and a solution to alcoholism to those still suffering.
Hope: Alcoholics Anonymous
Can A.A. help me stop drinking? Members explain how Alcoholics Anonymous works and what to expect in meetings. Learn about sponsorship and home groups, and how the Twelve Steps can help you recover from alcoholism and live without drinking. A.A.’s primary purpose is for members to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
The First Spanish Speaking A.A. Meeting in Central Minnesota
Hear from Eduardo H, an A.A. member in District 27 in Area 36, about how St. Cloud Intergroup helped launch the first Spanish Speaking A.A. Meeting in Central Minnesota.
